[Monetdb-developers] Support for stdev() and var() ?

Does the very latest version of MonetDB support built-in queries for the mathematical standard deviation and variance functions stdev() and var()? When I try these queries it returns "no such unary operator". I was under the impression that these were fairly standard in the SQL syntax so I am surprised to find this. If this is not supported, can you please let me know if there are any plans to add this and if so in what approximate timeframe? These functions are critical to our use of the db. Thank you.
