When did you download MonetDB-4.9.3.tar.gz ? Yesterday or today? since this morning 3:08 hours the is a new version at http://monetdb.cwi.nl/testing/projects/monetdb/Current/.DailyBuilds./SourceT... could you please try this one? make sure that you start from scratch, i.e., remove all traces of th old version(s) before starting with the new one.
