Folks, According to Peter's Ph. D. thesis I need to keep track of deleted (and inserted?) BUNs in [void, ...] BATs since the head is densely packed. Do I still need to do that and what happens when BUNs are deleted and inserted in [oid, ...] BATs? Thanks, Joel -- http://wagerlabs.com/uptick
