As per the SQL standard, SQL data types incl. HUGEINT are signed types. For the respective values ranges see https://www.monetdb.org/Documentation/Manuals/SQLreference/BuiltinTypes The value you try to ingest is larger than the largest positive value that can be supported / represented as a *signed* 128 bit integer.
