I have followed the instructions as simple as they are in the docs, but when I tried to start the monetdb create <path to my dbfarm folder>, it cries that it cannot find conrol port (and I have to suply it with -p along with -h and -P parameters).

I am only trying to get things running on localhost - do I need to somehow setup the mserver5 daemon? No mention of that in the tutorial.
