When I run

COPY 5000 RECORDS INTO myTests FROM '/home/loadFile88.csv' USING DELIMITERS ',';

In my development enviroment makes it very fast, but in my ubuntu server 10.10 makes it very very slow took 2 minutes to complete this task.
