I get this message "Server requires 'SHA512' hash, but client support
was not compiled in" when trying to connect to database. I installed
MonetDB on RHEL5 system (more precisely Oracle Entreprise Linux with
SHA256 not available in Openssl) from the script "monetdb-install.sh".
Adding --with-password-backend=XXX to the configure call should be
enough.
But I'm not sure what does it mean (sorry) so my question is, how do
you do that?
Thanks a lot for your help
