Hai Yannis, Thanks for using MonetDB. Unfortunately, the MonetDB dev. team is no longer maintaining the JIT C UDF feature. To extend MonetDB with your own C functions, please see information and examples in this repo instead: https://dev.monetdb.org/hg/MonetDB-extend The MonetDB dev. team will keep maintaining this repo.
