If you have not rolled towards the latest release on a
supported platform, you are mostly on your own to nail
the problem area in the code base. Good luck.

Otherwise, be specific on the latest MonetDB version and OS
being supported by us. To work on it we require a repeatable
test case being submitted to our bugtracker.
