<div><br></div><div>   when we use jdbc  or odbc to access a remote monetdb database.  we try to use</div><div><br></div><div>jdbc:monetdb://dvs001:5000/demo.  or change the odbc host to an ip address: 192.168.1.100.      we can&#39;t connect to the database.    only we use localhost can we connect to the database. </div>
