That's not how those things work. It doesn't make a lot of success to have your DB cache data in memcached or Hazelcast anyway. If your DB needs more headroom, it makes more sense to scale it horizontally or buy more memory.

Those things make sense for applications that cache DB results, but not for DB servers themselves.
