I am interested in using MonetDB in my workflow. Currently, I am using SQLite. One reason is that I can store the db one a separate file in my dropbox dir, which allows me to work from multiple computers rather than relying on a VMware-type solution. Can MonetDB give me the same flexibility? If so, is it simply saving the DB into a dir nested within  Dropbox dir?
