Hello,
I want to profile the data that is being read or created (e.g., tables, intermediate results) during the execution of a query. I would like to have more info than the tomograph or stethoscope show. I'm thinking about using the gdk_debug parameter (ALLOCMASK and HEAPMASK). However, I cannot specify the parameters of mserver5 when I run monetdbd. Running mserver5 manually doesn't seem to work. How can I specify the mserver5 parameter when starting the farm through monetdbd? Thanks!
You can cut/paste the line in the merovingianlog where it starts the server and apply it directly on the command line. Then you can manipulate its arguments as you wish. regards, Martin
