I'm using MonetDB (on ubuntu)  for doing some performance tests. I had added and deleted a lot of tables and right now I have no more free disk space since it seems that MonetDB does not clean up disk space after dropping tables. 

I would like to know the best way to clean up (as much as possible) disk space on MonetDB.
