which version of monetdb works with cygwin ?

Hi, Which linux flavor of MonetDB (Fedora / FreeBSD / Debian) can I run in Cygwin ? If it's not possible to run a linux version of monetdb in Cygwin, then what are the steps to compile monetdb src into Cygwin ? Thanks, Kaniska
