Examples for lag and lead functions in monetdb

Ashish Are you looking voor lead/lag as window functions ? Window functions are re-implemented in the default branch (and only a limited set of window functions is currently supported, ie variations on row_number/rank). Currently there is no planning for the additional functions. Also the aggregation functions in the over () case are still missing. Niels
