Hi, I have downloaded the patch for the ODBC driver on windows 2003 32 bit (after uninstalling the existing odbc driver) and tried to view the schema from excel, through the excel odbc connection. I get the exact same error as before. Regards, Jeremy

Hmm, this is really strange. The exact same error cannot occur anymore with the updated driver, simply because it performs a different query now, that we tested. Can it be that you're not using the new driver somehow (caches, etc.)?

I heard from Niels that the bug wasn't with the '1 = 0 or ...' part of the query that I removed in the SQLTables implementation. He claims to have fixed the real bug in the server but he hasn't checked his fix in yet. -- Sjoerd Mullender
