Dear MonetDB users! I would like to do some simple calculations (matrix multiplication and inversion) with large matrices (cca 40k by 40k or more). We are using PostgreSQL & R but we are facing problems when matrix doesn't fit memory. My initial idea was to use SciQL, but probably it is not merged into MonetDB yet [1]?
