Not about issues this time. I just wanted to thank the team for this new upcoming release, I'm using it for a while already and it seems to be brilliant. I particularly like that hash tables are kept around, making a hot DB solve in *microseconds* joins that would take almost half a *second* otherwise. Ka-Boom!
Roberto I'm unable to repeat your tables problem with a custom user. Did you by any change not use the sys. prefix? As a custom user with its own default schema will not be in the sys schema you need to add this. This doesn't hold for the _tables as thats found in the 'tmp' schema. Temp tables are always visable. Hi All,
I really like the fact that there has been alot more documentation been
added / new features and bugfixes in recent times also.
This being one of the reasons we ended up choosing Infobright on a project
we where working on a couple of years ago.
MonetDB to me is the Ferrari of columar datastores.
Keep up the good work guys.
Regards,
Brian Hood
