Hello, When I try to convert my monetdb sql database to rdf using d2rq I get the following error:Problem accessing /directory/genelocation_genelocation. Reason: TODO: column names of level >= 3:SELECT genelocation"."genelocation"."entrez_id" F 50 (E0) This has to do with the bug described in https://www.monetdb.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=2526 Is there a way to get around this? Best regards, Wilco
Hi Wilco, Usually you can get around this problem with the use of aliases. For a more exact answer I'll need to see your query.
