[MonetDB-users] history support in mclient across sessions
Hi, does mclient support saving of commands in a history file and accessing them again in a future mclient session? Currently, there is a -H option, but it doesn't seem to work (Mar2011 release). Thanks, Babis
Hi Babis, thanks for pointing this out. It seems that the -H / --history feature of mclient indeed does not work, unless you first create the history file in your home, e.g., via touch ~/.mapiclient_history_sql We'll check, whether this is a feature (and hence, out documentation needs to be updated accordingly), or a bug that needs to be fixed ...
