In that case, there might be stuff left over in %APPDATA%\MonetDB5 . I don't know what APPDATA expands to on your system, but on mine (WinXP64) it expands to C:\Documents and Data\<username>\Application Data. MonetDB itself gets installed in C:\Program Files\CWI\MonetDB5, so also check if that folder still exists after uninstall. -- Sjoerd Mullender
