I did only find one reference to this in a previous discussion. The advice given was to create a bug report. Since for that I need to have an account and that I can't find an account creation link on the bugzilla page, I decided to use this mailing list.

Others seem to have the same problem [1]. It looks like an incompatible change in apt on Ubuntu Xenial. I'll see if I can recreate the repository. As to creating a bug report, I reenabled the possibility to create an account. See how long it takes this time before we get spammed again with fake bug reports.
