odbc driver 11.17.17 (64-bit) memory allocation error on Windows Server 2012

Upon some further reflection, the Stata error message still suggest the error happened within MonetDB's ODBC driver. Anybody else using MonetDB with ODBC on Windows? What shall I check? Thanks! Laszlo
